Yet, when it comes to the actual process of buying or selling, they want a competent Realtor and experienced Broker on their side of the table. I listen and ask questions to get to the heart of your real estate needs. Buyers learn quickly I do not just want to "sell them something." I want to find the home they want at the right price. My economics education keeps me focused on the numbers, always looking at property as an investment, whether it is your first or last home. I use proven negotiation skills and a positive approach to help my clients achieve their goals.
When I represent a seller, I thoroughly research the neighborhood and trends to guarantee your home is priced right. I create a marketing strategy that not only generates "traffic" but also separates your property from other homes on the market. I use a variety of online tools, tech savvy marketing, old-fashioned word-of-mouth and extensive contacts to tell the world about it.
Today as a global destination, Santa Fe continues to be a solid real estate investment. The market is more varied and exciting than I have seen in my 12 years living here. In up and down markets, I know how to find opportunities for my buyers and create strategies that work for my sellers. From my market experience, all real estate is local.
